How does M1 work?

2. extend your lower jaw to a forward position, now try to make the same snoring noise.

What you should know
Side effects
M1 has side effects just like all treatments. The most likely side effects are drooling, teeth uncomfortable, teeth movements that can change a person's bite, it will be more likely to occur with more use of M1. However, many users will gladly accept these for the chance to improve their snoring or sleep apnea.
Who can't use
People who have oral disease and unfilled cavities, people with gum disease, or people who are too overweight can't use M1, as the device will either damage your teeth or be ineffective. Any person who has trouble breathing through the nose or has irregularities with their heart should also be weary of using M1.
