Steps to know if M2 works for you

Hold M2 in your right hand in a ‘C’ position and place your thumb and index finger on the upper tray over the word “PUSH” Do not rest your fingers on the bottom tray.
While pushing on both sides of the device, use your other hand to push or pull the bottom tray to the desired setting. The adjustment will lock into place when you release your fingers from the word “PUSH”.
Ensure both sides of the device indicate the same adjustment setting.

You should find it much more difficult to make a snoring noise in step 2, if any at all, this is an indication that M2 will work for you.

Comfortable and works for snoring

The first one got ruined because I did not follow directions, follow directions and it works great. My second attempt it fit great and the air holes are still in the mouth guard. It's definitely helped with snoring and opening up the passage way.

Works great but be careful molding it

I have a very expensive dental device ($1800) for sleep apnea that broke after 1 year and is being repaired. It kept me from snoring. While its being repaired I tried this device and quite frankly it works just as well as the dental apparatus. It looks small when you take it out of the package but like someone else who provided a review I grew up playing sports and had to have mouth pieces like this every year, You just need to be careful when molding it to your teeth, You must spread the sides wide enough to place it in your mouth, then finish molding it . Also be careful not to bite down very hard and collapse the spacing between top and bottom. I am 65 weigh 230lbs and have a large mouth, because of my experience in sports I had no problem, Im actually glad its so small it makes it less invasive. I gave it 4 stars because the instructions did not address the molding process very well. As far as performance its definitely 5 stars for the money it cost!

It Works - It just took me a little time to get used to it

I did re-mold it 3 times to get just the right fit for me. And I will say that you should be careful not to bit down too much when molding it. My wife has confirmed my snoring has lessened dramatically and when I do make some snore sounds, they are much less harsh and loud.I say, give it a try. It does not appear to be returnable, but I think that reflects in the price. I think it will work for many people out there.

Thos product stopped my snoring... but it's tough to get used to. Can be uncomfortable, takes up a lot of space in your mouth.

Works well, minimal snoring

I had read other reviews on other mouth guards and decided to go with this one. Comfortable for all night sleeping. I am a nose breather so it works well for me. some people say it doesn't work for them since they are a mouth breather. Easy to custom fit with the hot water. I advise to keep the white handle just in case you need to reform later.My teeth do hurt in the morning when I take it out but that goes away within about 30 min. All in all a great product for the money and will buy again.

Mother's Day Gift ,got it today ,test it myself first

I buy it for my mom as the Mother's day gift ,got it today . a little delay for the shipment but customer service is nice and great and they replied timely and solve my question quickly,not bad . Installed the app on both an Ipad and an iphone, and can retrive data from either one the following morning (Only on has to be near the ring device overnight).
