I bought it to track my oxygen continuously at night. It continues to say I have 95% or more oxygen, but my other two oxygen monitor s say it is below 88%. This is very bad. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the ring doesn't stay connected to the app.
I think this has led to it giving me reports that I slept less than I actually did because it just recorded my sleep before it disconnected.
tried it for perhaps two weeks but only got six days of reports. the other days it was "no data."
I thought it might be that it disconnected when I got up at night to use the bathroom, so I started taking my phone w me to the bathroom at night. but it still disconnected.
ironically, I have been too sleep-deprived to spend the energy to figure it out so I have stopped using it.
This is perfect and fun for my needs, easy to use,the battery doesn’t takes a long time to charge. It looks great! The quality is really good.

I buy it for my mom as the Mother's day gift ,got it today . a little delay for the shipment but customer service is nice and great and they replied timely and solve my question quickly,not bad . I just want to try myself and test if it works . For now ,It is good and it work . Seems that it would take a little time to teach my Mom how to let it work . I want to buy it later if this is work ,and we family could share the data together .
