I was surprised to find a clunky finger chip apparatus as opposed to an actual ring. It is quite uncomfortable and actually kept me awake. The first two nights I wore it. I still do not find it comfortable but am able to sleep with it on. The Data, it provides is very interesting and quite helpful. My major complaint is with the design. I really don’t think you should be marketing it as a ring, as it clearly is not.
I bought their product through Amazon and received it in 5 days from ordering . I was very happy with their product and the fast delivery.
I needed the device for a trip I am going on
I buy it for my mom as the Mother's day gift ,got it today . a little delay for the shipment but customer service is nice and great and they replied timely and solve my question quickly,not bad . I just want to try myself and test if it works . For now ,It is good and it work . Seems that it would take a little time to teach my Mom how to let it work . I want to buy it later if this is work ,and we family could share the data together .
I tried a few different smart sleep tracker before settling on this one. This is the most comfortable one for me ,for now ,I really recommend it / Will come back after long time using.
The website states 2-3 business days for a tracking number. It’s been 17 days and no tracking number nor has the item shipped. I am now disputing the charge based on the above.
