I like the function that it will vibrate if my O2 gets too low. It would be nice to know when it happened and how many times. Since I have turned on the function, my O2 doesn’t go below the threshold for long. I would like to know if it’s the ring vibrating or I’m just doing better.
I absolutely love the SleepOn3! I loved the v.2 but the v3 is even better! I use it every single night to make sure I am staying properly oxygenated as I have sleep apnea. it is far more accurate than the wrist oximeters I wore before from a different company. Customer service is excellent should you have any questions. The app is solid; works great! A lot of engineering and thought went into this remarkable little device. I am so grateful to have it as it has helped me lock down my numbers for my ASV (a form of CPAP) machine so my settings are neither too high (causing aerophagia) nor too low (causing low SP02, desaturation). For the first time in years, I am confident my brain is staying oxygenated throughout my sleep where my machine is at the correct settings! This is just so valuable to me.
It’s hard to take the ring off because the white component jumps out of it.
The monitor is easy to wear and monitors accurately. It shows me that my oxygen saturation levels are much better if I take an Albuterol treatment before bed - even if I don’t feel I need it. So it is helping me better control my health
My sister-in-law gifted me with this app which she loves. I have been using the Apple Watch app--but often find my watch battery is drained when I go to bed. After I put my watch on the charger, I forget to put it on my wrist before I fall asleep. The RING is only for sleep so it is always charged. ... I had to try different fingers since I have a small hand. When the fit wasn't tight, the app recorded many episodes of hypoxemia. However, that was remedied by using my largest finger. ... It is interesting that results don't necessarily agree with the Apple readout. However, the SLEEPON3 has much more data on oxygen saturation. ... OVERALL, I think it is an interesting and useful app and I am glad my sister-in-law gifted me with it. I have only had it for a week but am trying to modify my sleep habits to optimize my sleep. TY for this app. ... ONE concern, and forgive me for this question. Your company is headquartered in China. So many Chinese products have been shown to record personal data. Your country has a different perspective on personal privacy than USA. Is our personal data confidential?
