Really easy to use app and sensor. Put it on your finger, close the hand and it is activated. Gives you information from sleep data, to oxygen and even glucose. Really impressive.

I have RBD (REM Sleep Behavioral Disorder.) The Go2sleep products have allowed me to monitor my sleep outside of a formal Sleep Study in a Sleep Lab. The new finger rings are more sturdy improving the readings. The updated software is more robust. I plan to wear it at my next formal Sleep Study to compare results.

I have a mild case of sleep apnea. I like to monitor myself when I sleep to see how the night went and if it's getting better or worse. This ring does it all. I'm amazed at all the features and data it provides. The app is well put together and there's no subscription, thank you Sleepon! This is my third finger o2 monitor I've purchased in the last 2 years since i started monitoring myself, Sleepon3 is the best.

I had been using the Sleepon 2 device for several months when the Sleepon3 device was released. It worked for several days and then stopped working after the iOS update to 18. After about a week after the update, the app started working again and has worked every night since. I am still learning how to use the blood glucose sensor and I think that will take me some time. I use the finger tip holder, as that is much more comfortable for me. It seems to work fine.

Helps me keep track of my sleep and any disturbances. The best is the very organized app with is really easy to use, organized. What i like the most is putting the ring on, closing the hand and out starts measuring.
I like the focus on the sleep features, nothing to wear all day and when it gets the sleep clock, i am completely happy and can leave my phone out of the bedroom.

The health reports are simple and easy to understand, helping me easily track my sleep and heart rate without needing any specialized knowledge.

The out-of-the-box experience was not antwhere near complicated at all. Installed the app on both an Ipad and an iphone, and can retrive data from either one the following morning (Only on has to be near the ring device overnight). Nice, informative and easy to use device. I like this and recommend it!

I thought this looked cheesy at first. But after reading reviews, I decided to try it. I have an Apple Watch but was getting tired of juggling charging for sleep use. This works great and has a lot more info than the watch. Have not tried the fingertip holder because they all seemed too big for my small fingers. The ring works great. If you dont want the fingertip holder, get this on their website because its $89 with just the rings. Recommended.

I am often up late at night watching tv, scrolling my phone, or playing video games on my computer. I had a different pair of blue light blocking glasses and I didn't notice much of a difference when I wore them. These, however, have made a noticeable difference in how I feel when getting into bed after wearing them. I don't know how to explain it, but I feel calmer, and my eyes don't feel as strained. In terms of the quality of the glasses, these are much nicer than the other glasses I had

The first one got ruined because I did not follow directions, follow directions and it works great. My second attempt it fit great and the air holes are still in the mouth guard. It's definitely helped with snoring and opening up the passage way.

Didn't use for soaking feet, however, I brought it with me for a tailgate since is packable, is pretty great to put the ice in it and keeping the drink cool for a couple hours. No leakage no mess, the handle is sturdy enough to lift everything back and forth.

Great, supportive neck pillow for flights. I like the deflate button.

These glasses are great. They help my eyes relax so they don't feel so
tired. I would recommend them to help protect your eyes.

I LOVE this pillow. I had neck and shoulder pain. It reallly helps. I only wish the mfg sold a pillow case for it.
